CLASS IN WALES IS ONE THING BUT THEN WHAT ABOUT 'Y CRACHACH', WHICH IS THE WORSE EVIL? 'Y CRACHACH' OF COURSE AND WHY?

Miserable Old Fart: The Elite in Welsh Politics

Keep a mind on the below, crucial to what I have to say about
'Y Crachach Newydd' - England's Client Tribe in Wales:

Much of the below might be regarded as anecdotal and certainly unscientific research wise, this is a task awaiting to be done. Not however by me, note I can find no great reference to 'Taffia' as I describe below, the one that was in Wikipedia has been purged? Someone may be will do something about this:

Why do I consider 'Y Crachach' the worse of two evils? well we can more or less clearly identify 'Class' on economic terms and by it's social status and politics! However, when it comes to 'Y Crachach' they for the most part hide behind 'Cultural Patriotism'. Of this kind one would find those who really want to keep their 'Cultural' noses clean so as not to put obsticles in way of protecting jobs, social status or hinder them chasing largelly cultural grants though often with a business economic basis as for instance the Sain Record Industry and similar. Not suprisingly of this sort are representatives of the Welsh Media and Welsh Language Industry and Cultural Scene in general.

Clearly not all are involved in such, I am for the most part talking about the 'Suits' and outright 'Shits'. Then there are the up front 'Cultural Nationalists', more in your face as Plaid Politicians, this sort one finds are easy 'Cultural Cross Dressers' and can from time to time, as when they attend the Eisteddfod become simply 'Cultural Patriots'. These 'Cultural Nationalists' often hide the 'Nationalist' bit behind Pacifist Politics being as often as not Anti - War but not so much Anti - Investiture or even Anti - English Royalty. Of course in English or otherwise Socialist understanding of 'class' many will be confused by this unique 'Cultural Class' in Wales founded on and within what is described as 'Y Crachach' as may also be linked to 'Y Gorsedd' of the National Eisteddfodd in part a unique 'Cultural Free Masonary' or as some say, even an 'Invisible Government'.

This 'Cultural Class' of course over the years as changed, in Victorian Times such would have been found for the most part Welsh Non - Conformist Religious Society. Politically then for most part would have been the Liberals of Cymru Fydd and Economically in areas of Agrarian Wales (see book Rural Revolt that Failed) and in Industry, coal owners as D.A. Thomas et al. This 'Cymric Class' I now often describe as 'Y Crachach Newydd' have since post World Wars I & II overtaken the 'Anglicised' gentry class, a process began in the 1880's with the Tithe Wars. Since 1969 their grandchildren have up to the present have even been replacing the 'Southern Taffia', there hangs another tale. Noting that this 'Taffia' born out of an upwardly mobile E.S. Welsh Working and Lower Middle Class, in particular Labour Politicians in main local councillors became a 'Class' of their own. Often this 'Taffia' would with the Police Establishment and Free Masons come to dominate the Rugby Establishment in South Wales. Not least they would be found in the Educational Establishments in the South and here they would often merge or associate with remnants of traditional Southern 'Vallies Crachach' (preachers and shop keepers etc) , not least in the Grammer Schools.

There has been an attempt by blogger Misarable Old Fart to convince us that there is a big difference between Westminster Politicians and Assembly Politicians on an educational basis. This he considers as another reason as to why we should Vote Yes in the 'More Powers' referendum! Sorry Alwyn but do not agree with your analysis where political bozos are born, who they parents were or what they are like when you meet them at a Boot Sale means bugger all mate! As a young fella way back in the day when I first got involved with Welsh Nationalism, I was often told by Plaid leading lights that there was no real class system in Wales compared to England. That of course is a lot of bollocks, more than a lot of bollocks it's totally not true, of course there is a class system in Wales and it's as much based on an Economic Class as a Social Class. Today however, and I guess since 1946 we have of course witnessed the rise of an upwardly mobile working and lower middle class in all areas of life and at least in English Speaking Wales, they are not now as easy identifiable as a 'Taffia'. Possibly that 'Taffia' is now more what was once described as the Anglo - Welsh Cultural Establishment as found in realms of the Arts and Literati Elite, more and more percieved as a largelly bilingual wannabe 'Welsh Establishment aka 'Intelligensia'.

To conclude, so why are 'Y Crachach' the most evil, quite simly because as the Chameleon they change colours and are good at masking what and whothey really are and hiding well their far from altruistic cultural motives, secret social self interest advancing 'secret agendas'. Just do not tell me or expect me not to believe that it as much concerns the making of money to sustain now what is largelly our very own Welsh 'Noveau Riche' which I often desibe as 'Y Crachach Newydd' - England's Client Tribe in Wales. Finnaly, Alwyn appears to immagine that this gentle sort of untainted Welsh Politico is not corruptible, keep in mind what I had to say above about the rise of the 'Taffia', if you do not know or are not prepared to consider that Socially and Economically our 'Welsh Assembly Politicians' are not heading in the same direction very fast but still behind 'Y Crachach Newydd' then your head is well between your knees or you just do not want to admit certain 'Home Truths'.

I would to end ask one and all to consider the rise of CyIG and their particular cultural struggle etc and with it 'Y Crachach Newydd' with such as; Rise of Black Middle Class out of Black Civil Rights in the USA, consider the position of the Black Underclass today. One might also perhaps consider to some extent Peoples Democracy and rise of a Catholic Middle Class in 'Occupied Ireland. Not least take an hard look at Feminism today and yesterday, would it be too hard to say that middle class Feminists since 'Sixties' have got what they want now just forget the huge underclass of under privellaged Women today. Don't tell me that any Welsh Assembly/Senedd/Parliament will not go down the road of all central Governments become corrupt and a dollop of manure around which the flies of fiddle will buz! buz! buz! So, I repeat ABSTAIN TO ABOLISH THE ASSEMBY AND FORWARD REVOLUTIONARY REGIONALISM!

PS: Then there's those two Cymric Lords Dafydd Elis Tomas and Dafydd Wiggley, don't think I am just picking on Cymric Pats and Welsh Cultural Nationalists. You see I know all about the 'Taffia', they have been exposing themselves since the 'Sixties', unfortunatly many Labour Sell Outs. However, there is now a similar and perhaps greater danger of any Welsh Assembly being dominated by 'Y Crachach', their Cronies and other camp followers via various 'Trojan Horses' or Consultancies. I feel, I must combat they as much as I combatted the 'Taffia' in the 'Sixties'. Now see links below, then discuss and debate:

NEITHER CRACHACH NOR COUNTRY ONLY COMMUNITY AND PEOPLE. Abstain To Abolish the Assembly!

Call it Revolutionary Regionalism if you wish, having reconsidered my previous Welsh Nationalist Sympathies and given this Welsh Assembly Government much thought I have become a Revisionists! Having considered a great deal, not least the fruad of Welsh Nationalism and fakery of Cultural Nationalism along with a WAG prone to a 'Taffy Tammany Hall' form of Government prone to Personal, Political and Cultural Correct Cronyism with Lobbyist parasitism of pandering to often unrepresentative groups. I fear an Assembly with more powers not really putting People and their Communities first but those interests that they need to pay back for one reason or another. Thus this Referendum on 'More Powers' in mind while I cannot bring myself to support the No Campaign True Wales as many in their ranks I would also oppose, thus I can only put my own view forward, not campaign but that which is quite simply 'Abstain to Abolish the Assembly'. Although there is one case that True Wales puts forward with which I have much sympathy, so link it here below:

I do not know why the left in Wales panders to WAG or Cultural Nationalism, although in a country where the traditional Working Class left is in decline but a plethora of mini Left interests are springing up as dafodils do in the spring. I am of the oppinion they in their various 'Usual Suspect' Interest forms latch on to Cultural Nationalism around certain causes as they advance the mini interests of both and this is not always altruistic as it may seem. This matter I shall return to at another time, suffice to say the Left, little or large need now to go beyond considering how they might use WAG in self interest and instead think of the whole which can only be best summed up in the slogan ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE AND DEVOLVE ALL POWER TO THEIR COMMUNITIES NOT A BOURGEOISE PARLIAMENT IN BAE CAERDYDD, struggle for COMMUNE POWER and that is well in keeping with the essential early proto democracy of native Cymric Cymydau for most of the middle ageas. Even Owain Glyndwr had to recognise that fact for his Parliment was to be founded on representatives of the Cymydau not on Lords and their lackies.

Cymydau more or less would be similar to our present day Community Council Areas, a political policy in development. Why not Revolutionary Regionalists contesting to sit in Community Councils with an overall unifying platform of establishing an association of Community Councils that would seek to see set up a rotating annual appointed National Commune as alternative to the Welsh Assembly and London Governments. Of course first National Commune being held in Merthyr Tudful in respect to the 1831 Insurrection.

Think on it!
